In line with the record preservation requirements of the Money Laundering (Prevention and Prohibition) Act, 2022 (as amended), Pouchers will retain your personal data for a minimum period of five (5) years after your relationship with us has ended. This is to enable us to fulfil the relevant purposes set out in this Policy and to comply with our regulatory obligations.

However, we may retain personal data for longer periods where this is in our legitimate business interests or required to comply with applicable laws, regulatory requirements, litigation, investigations, or enforcement actions. In the event of a violation of this Policy, our Data Protection Officer shall take steps to redress the violation within 7 days. Where the violation pertains to the disclosure of your personal data without your consent, such information shall be retracted immediately, and confirmation of the retraction will be sent to you within 48 hours of the redress.
